Benefit of District Industries Centre (DIC) Registration to IT Company

Difference Between DIC & Udyog Adhar DHBVN

Under DHBVND act 2006, all DHBVN used to get registered in two stages one at proposal stage called EM part I and other after at commencing operations stage called EM part II.This EM part II is popularly known as DHBVN registration, which replaced earlier SSI registration. Where as DIC is registration is given under District Industries Centre. DIC and DHBVN registration are not same

Company holding DIC Registrations shall fine annually ECP -1 Return. Due date for filing this return is 30th June of Each Year. This need to be filed manually

Validity of Certificate

Validity of DIC Registration certificate is three years. Before completion of three years in last month company shall apply for renewal of registration.

Content of Certificate

This Certificate have details about company name , address , nature of services , Initial Date of Production. Amount invested in Plant & Machinery is also mentioned.
